6. You’re Done. Now your order will be processed.

I placed an order and made a mistake entering my address. Can you change the address?
E-mail info@TackDealz.com within 24 hours. We will make the corrections to your order.
I finished my order but now want to change the size or color. Can you change it for me?
We are not able to modify your order in any way. Once your order is finished, the item is yours. Please choose carefully.
How do I cancel my order?
If you have not finalized your order with payment, you can simply close the browser. Once your payment has been processed, the item is yours. We cannot reverse orders. Please choose items carefully.
Remember, because of the Dealz price and limited availability of items on our website, shopping with us is different from traditional online shopping. There’s not much time to change your mind, so consider carefully when purchasing.
I live in the Everett/Alliston, Ontario area; can I pick up my stuff and not pay shipping?
You’re in luck! To save customers who live by us even more money, we offer local pick up at our warehouse. Please read the details below before using local pickup.
I placed an order for local pickup but have been unable to pick it up within 14 days as asked. Do you still have it?
We do ask that all orders are picked up within 14 days. However, we know that on occasion things come up that prevent pickup within the requested time. Please choose to have your order shipped if you think you may not be able to pick up your order within 14 days.
I just placed my order. How soon can I expect my Deal?
We want you to get hooked up with your Dealz as fast as possible. Once we receive your order, we place our orders to our suppliers. Once we receive the product at our warehouse we organize, package and ship as quickly as possible. Please allow 2-10 business days before your order is either shipped or ready for pickup.

Orders are generally shipped within 2-10 business days. Depending on where we are shipping to, most Canadian orders are delivered within 2-7 business days. Our orders are shipped via Canada Post (Expedited) with delivery confirmation. Please email us if you do not receive your package within 3 weeks of shipping.
We offer free local pickup at our warehouse in Everett, Ontario. Please select Customer Pickup when placing your order. We will notify you within 2-10 business days that your order is ready for pickup.
All orders are shipped via Canada Post. US orders can take up to 14-45 days to arrive based on customs. Shipping fees vary day-to-day based on the weight of the product purchased. Please email us if you do not receive your package within 45 business days.
Customs, duties and taxes are not included and are assigned by customs if your order is flagged. Duties are determined by the order total, what the item is, and the country of origin. Items manufactured within NAFTA (Canada, USA, Mexico) are Duty free. Please note that we do not ship via UPS or FedEx as your order will be flagged for customs and duty fees. We cannot legally mark orders as gifts to avoid potential customs fees. Items shipped via Canada Post are often not flagged for extra brokerage, taxes and duties. We try to save you as much money as possible.
